• In some periods free daily delivery of bread, white loaf, delicious wholemeal bread and croissants. Only what is ordered will be charged.
• Children's Playground, soccer field, Zoe's house, dream house.
• Outdoor tables with umbrellas, deck chairs, garden, barbecue.

Arrivals and Departures

• key collection from 4 pm (agree on arrival time)
• Return of keys by 11 am on the day of departure (book the check by 10.30 am the day before)
• Any guests must be reported subject to availability for registration to the P.S.

Bail

• € 150,00/250,00 returned at the end of the stay after the delivery of the keys, after check before departure.
• Apartment, refrigerator, pots, dishes must be left clean and tidy, charge contribution costs min.€ 65 max € 120. It is possible to clean for a fee upon reservation at least 2 days before.

Reservation

• The reservation is confirmed with a deposit.
• The balance is paid on arrival (beginning of stay) no refund for early arrivals or departures.
• Rates confirmed at the time of booking subject to availability!

Cancellation

• Less than 30 days before arrival: the entire deposit will be retained as per Art. cc. 1385/1386
